When I called to inform them that my card had been compromised immediately after making a purchase with them, the man I was speaking to asked where the other purchases were made and even specified, “was it iTunes?” I see now that there are other reviews saying that they sell your CC info, but I do not think this is the case. I think the employees of this store are the ones making the fraudulent purchases with customers card info. I have reported them, and the fraudulent charges to my bank and I am seriously considering calling the FBI and NY State Atty Generals office as well. STAY AWAY!

I wanted it fixed which ended up being a phone call to someone higher up and a quick scolding to the typist. Little intense

I needed a child size flight suit for my son’s book report. We both were astonished by this very cool store. My son had a dog tag made and his birthday will definitely have a stop back at Uncle Sam’s. The sales person helped us and was very nice.
First off, the people that work here are so nice and helpful. I really felt taken care of. The doggies that work there are so cute! I could spend loads of dough in here if I had it and plenty of time. I got everything I needed for camp and that was alot. I know I saved money overall and the stuff is so unique. Keep up the good work!

Horrible Experience Do Not Order From This Company
HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I ordered 10 items – after 3 weeks I still had not recieved the order. I made 3 calls over the course of a week to customer service to have the staff lie to me saying the order would be shipped that day or next. Supervisor never called me back when I requested to speak with him/her. On my final call before canceling I was told that all the items were not even in the warehouse for shipping and that the dog tag machine was broken so I wouldn’t be getting that item at all.
