You may need to provide the military member’s Social Security number for the locator to help you. If they find the member, they’ll forward your request to them. Each locator has its requirements.
The U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard no longer provide military locator services.

Commissaries are exclusively for the benefit of service members and their families. Check here for details. Basically, you can shop at a commissary if youre in one of these groups:

Pacific Military Range Facility Barking Sands Kauai
Located on the Garden Isle of Kauai, PMRF supports a variety of training exercises and developmental tests involving space, air, surface, and sub-surface units. On its 42,000 square miles of sea and airspace, there are state-of-the-art communication and telemetry suites. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented, multi-dimensional testing and training missile range. It is located near the local neighborhoods of Kekaha and Waimea.

Get Help Contacting A Veteran
The Department of Veterans Affairs may be able to put you in touch with a veteran. The VA will forward your written message to the vet if they have their current address on file.

Draft your message to your friend and place it in an unsealed, stamped envelope.

Include a note to the VA explaining who youre trying to reach. Add as much identifying information as you have.

Enclose all this in another envelope and address it to the nearest VA Regional Office.

Charles M Price Support Center
In its heyday, this camp was an active base supporting over 5,000 employees, 75 military and federal agencies and was responsible for watching satellite activity of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command. However, by 1995 activity on the base had slowed to a crawl and it was designated for closure by the US Army. This was met with opposition by the surrounding communities who relied on the base for economic purposes. However, in 1997 employment had fallen to under 300 people and the base was closed. In the early 2000s it was revitalized into a mixed-use facility that included industrial buildings, warehouses offices and residential neighborhoods. The US Army Reserve still operates about 40 acres on the Mississippi River.

Air Station Elizabeth City
Located in the heart of Northeastern North Carolina, Base Elizabeth City provides a wide variety of mission support services to units and personnel, including general administration and personnel management, medical/dental, supply, procurement and warehousing, industrial services, facilities maintenance, computer/electronics support. Base Elizabeth City coordinates and provides regional mission support activities within the Fifth Coast Guard District.
Where Is The Naval Base In Hawaii

Joint Base Pearl Harbor
These two historic bases were combined into a single joint installation for both Air Force and Navy missions. The total base population is over 66,300 active duty personal, civilians, and family members the largest per capita installation on the Hawaiian Islands.
