The management is bad. The hours are everywhere and you work crazy.
Teamwork, flexible hours, Great Pay
Cons
Not enough team members during weekends
Pros
Love the culture. Management is great. Lots of room to grow. Business casual includes allowing visible tattoos . Love having free medical insurance.
Cons
Pay could be way better. Other credit unions can start you out at $5 more with no experience.
The only pro I could think of was having a great boss and coworkers
Cons
Pay is too low and non livable. Overworked, favoritism and a few bad seeds. Everyone is underpaid which is why everyone is always quitting. The pay doesnt even compensate for the amount of work you do. You cant feed your family working for this company.
