Better Business Bureau Inquiries
Information requested from the Better Business Bureau will only be released to the BBB if the student has completed a FERPA Release Form. If a FERPA Release Form has not been completed, the University will respond to the BBB with a letter explaining that the student has not authorized release of information and that a letter will be sent directly to the student with detailed information addressing the issue. The student may then choose to forward a copy of the University’s direct response to the BBB.

Accessing Your Student Account And Ledger
You can access your student ledger through the My Student Account link located under the Finance menu in the ecampus. The ledger will list any balances you may owe or any credits on your account. It will also list the courses you are registered for, the cost of those courses, and the amount and type of funding you have or anticipate receiving.
Your student ledger may show a zero balance, because pending funds may not have been applied to the balance. When viewing your student ledger, go to the account detail for the term in question. There it will detail the courses, their cost, and if there is an outstanding balance. If you click on View Details once inside the account detail for that term, you will see what funds were applied specifically to each course.
The account detail also shows disbursed aid, payments received, credit balances, and anticipated funding. If you are waiting to receive financial aid, the financial aid will show as pending until the aid is received. Once received, it will then show up under disbursed federal financial aid.

Undergraduate And Masters Education For Potentially Zero Out
AMU’s Freedom Grant covers tuition above the military TA cap of $250 per credit hour for all undergraduate and master’s-level programs. The grant is available to all U.S. active-duty servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reservists.
Military spouses/dependents also receive a tuition grant. After the grant is applied, undergraduate and master’s-level tuition is $250/credit hour.To minimize out-of-pocket costs, the University also:
